Our Process
A Structured Project Approach from Drawings to Delivery.
Each panel build follows a clear sequence so documentation, assembly, validation, and shipment align with your engineering standards and plant requirements.
✓Documentation review before fabrication begins
✓Structured assembly with continuity checks
✓Verification and sign-off before delivery

defined process steps
Step by Step
Our Fabrication Process
Transparency and structure at every stage of your project.
Engineering Documentation Review
Every project begins with a detailed review of the electrical schematics, layout drawings, and bills of materials.
Structured Panel Assembly
Components are installed and wired according to approved engineering drawings using disciplined build practices.
Systematic Validation
Completed panels undergo structured verification to confirm wiring integrity and alignment with schematics.
Final Inspection & Delivery
A final review confirms build quality, labeling, and readiness for installation prior to shipment.
In Detail
What Happens at Each Stage
Engineering Documentation Review
We begin by reviewing customer-supplied electrical schematics, panel layout drawings, and bills of materials to confirm clarity of component placement, wiring references, and overall assembly requirements. This stage ensures that all necessary information is available before fabrication begins and allows questions or clarifications to be addressed early in the process.
Structured Panel Assembly
Once documentation has been reviewed and materials are prepared, panel assembly begins according to the approved engineering drawings. Components are installed following the layout specifications, with careful attention to mounting integrity, spacing, and accessibility for future maintenance. Wiring is routed and terminated to maintain organized wire management and consistent identification throughout the panel.
Systematic Validation
After assembly is complete, panels undergo a structured verification process to confirm wiring integrity and alignment with the approved schematics. Validation procedures may include point-to-point continuity checks, identification verification, and overall inspection of wiring organization and component installation. Optional PLC-driven I/O validation can be performed when required.
Final Inspection & Delivery
Following verification, panels receive a final inspection to confirm overall build quality and readiness for delivery. This review includes visual inspection of workmanship, confirmation of labeling and identification, and a final check of component installation and wiring organization. Panels are then prepared for delivery fully assembled, wired, and inspected according to project requirements.
